I've spent nearly a decade working in therapeutic settings with adolescents, young adults, families, and people in recovery. Ironically, what ultimately led me to become a therapist wasn't my professional experience, but my own experience with grief and loss. While I've learned an incredible amount from the people who've trusted me with their stories, losing someone I loved and finding my own way toward healing gave me a deeper understanding of what profound growth and change can look like. That experience solidified my decision to become a therapist.

As an associate licensed clinical social worker and addictions counselor, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating relational trauma, substance use, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is relational, honest, and grounded in curiosity. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen while also being challenged to explore new perspectives, practice new skills, and move toward the life they want to build.

My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFCT), psychodynamic therapy, family systems theory, and harm reduction principles. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns that keep showing up, understand where they came from, and identify practical ways to move forward that align with your values.

If you're looking for a therapist who brings curiosity, humor, authenticity, and genuine investment to the process, I'd love to connect. Feel free to reach out to schedule a free consultation.

"Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work.

It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart."
